Menton, lunch in Italy & Villa Rothschild in Cap Ferrat - Shore Excursion

We could not have had a better tour or a better guide. As a native of the area, Cecilia brings such an intimate knowledge, from the local history and perspectives, to the most scenic drives and vantage spots as well as great places to eat that were off the beaten path. For those of you from english speaking countries, her English is impeccable. It felt like we were speaking with a fellow American. A truly enjoyable day for everyone in our group.

We highly recommend Cecilia. She customized our trip based on our interests and abilities of the group. Super knowledgeable and had a great vehicle to transport our group of six. She gave us a great overview of the Eastern part of the French Riviera, Monaco and a hill town in Italy. You see so much in one day. It would have taken us days and multiple trips to see what we toured in one day. Cecilia is charming, knowledgable and passionate at showing and explaining the sights and heritage of the area. Cecilia showed and explained small details and insights we would have never noticed on our own. Of course she speaks fluent French which is a great benefit with all the interactions we had with the locals. In fact, we booked a second tour with Cecilia. We will definitely tour with Cecilia again when we come back to Nice.

Cecilla is a very warm and heartfelt person with a wealth of knowledge about the area of small towns along the French Rivera from Nice to Monaco. She has a depth of personal history in the region as well as her mothers influence who was also a tour guide. She very quickly tuned into out specific preferences and also our capabilities. I had a recent knee transplant & she it adjusted her tours for us to minimize too many stairs or long walks. More than anything, her very genuine caring heart wins you over.

Cecilia is an absolute joy. After a few conversations, she knew exactly what we wanted to see and do in Nice and the surrounding area. She grew up there, so was full of interesting information. The cafes we had lunch at were excellent! Her driving skills over the winding narrow roads are amazing, we always felt safe and in good hands. I have mobility issues and Cecilia took every day, every village, and we did 6 in two days, at my pace. We never felt rushed. We would highly recommend her. Thanks Cecilia!
