Antibes, Saint Paul de Vence & Tourettes sur Loup - Shore Excursion

We highly recommend Cecilia. She customized our trip based on our interests and abilities of the group. Super knowledgeable and had a great vehicle to transport our group of six. She gave us a great overview of the Western part of the French Riviera and inland hill towns. You see so much in one day. It would have taken us days and multiple trips to see what we toured in one day. Cecilia is charming, knowledgable and passionate at showing and explaining the sights and heritage of the area. Cecilia showed and explained small details and insights we would have never noticed on our own. Of course she speaks fluent French which is a great benefit with all the interactions we had with the locals. In fact this was our second tour with Cecilia after touring the Eastern part of the French Riviera a few days prior. We will definitely tour with Cecilia again when we come back to Nice.

This was our first visit to the French Riviera and the list of places to visit felt overwhelming. Booking this tour with Cecilia was a great decision; she guided us through Antibes, then on to St. Paul de Vence and finished in Tourettes Sur Loup. Of these 3 charming places, I was only familiar with Antibes, in fact, Tourettes sur Loup wasn't even mentioned in my guide books, so I feel as if I found a hidden gem! Cecilia's English is impeccable -at first I thought she might be an expat, but no, she just has great language skills. We were very happy to leave driving the twisty, winding roads to her, in her very comfortable E-car, and she made the travel time between towns very enjoyable with easy and informative conversation. We had a wonderful time and absolutely recommend Cecilia. We'd love to do a different tour with her if we return. This was a great experience, thank you Cecilia!

Cecelia was a very warm and engaging tour guide. She is the kind of person that makes Tours By Locals so fantastic. She was actually from one of the cities we toured and was able to tell us stories of her father and grandfather history with this place. All of that while easily navigating the tight, winding, and very confusing street that meander along the steep hillsides of this wondrous part of the French Riviera

WONDERFUL DAY! Cecilia arrived at my hotel and we were off to see the sights. Cecilia timed our excursions perfectly... so perfect that we were off to the next village and avoided the big bus tours before they arrived in the three cities. She also accommodated my request to see the Matisse Chapel in Vence. We took breaks as needed and had a wonderful lunch in St. Paul de Vence. All throughout, she mentioned interesting histories on each city and how each city inspired artists. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
