Ladies and Gentlemen, Ernest Hemingway once wrote «There are only two places in the world where it is possible to be happy: at home and in Paris». Well as much as I hate to disagree with a nobel prize, I must say that the French Riviera will make you feel at home, without the Parisian rain ! My name is Michel and I will be happy to guide during your stay on the French Riviera and maybe outside as well. I'm Certified Tour Guide and Lecturer (I can guide in historic sites and museums) with 25 years of experience in Provence and on the French Riviera. After studing history and political science at the Sorbonne in Paris, I completed my guiding license in Nice. I spent years walking every path, visiting every lost chapel, touching every stone, tasting everything, it's my pathology. I live in a region where tourism is ofen standardized, with very few genuine tours, reason why I'm happy to be able to offer you a list of tours with several unique experiences, including for first time visitors. Michel was an excellent guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the day we spent with him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Nice and it's surrounding areas and he created a fantastic itinerary to show us as many highlights as possible during our short stay. A great tour around Menton, Monaco and Nice with the charming and engaging guide, Michel. This was our second tour with Michel during our holiday to the south of France. Michel is very knowledgeable about the area. We discussed history, art, architecture, food and wine. We parted ways more cultured than when we arrived. Do not hesitate to book a tour, it's a wonderful way to learn about all things French.

Michele was great! Not only does he give a tremendous tour he's a great driver as well! The roads we had to take to get where Michele was taking us was an adventure in its self. And very much well worth it!!! The views you see are just magnificent!! I highly recommend Michele.. he is a wealth of knowledge and information and a great sense of humor as well. We had him for two days and enjoyed every minute!!
Not sure how I can possibly capture how wonderful Michel's tours (we had two days' worth in the South of France) were for our family. He showed us so much - from the cliff towns to the seashore, and from the wealth of Monte Carlo to the simply beautiful countryside of the French towns. Along the way, he taught us about history, architecture, food, art and all kinds of other topics. We can't thank you enough Michel - you were the perfect guide (even giving us restaurant and hotel recommendations).
Michel is superb. He care about each tour and makes sure your goals are incorporated in your tour. We communicated before the tour on what our goals were and he created an itinerary that was off the beaten path and very unique. He made reservations in advance and managed the time pretty effectively. He knowledgeable and loves to share that with his clients. Highly recommended...
