Heindrich, Nazi leaders decided to choose one village as the spot of their revenge, and they erased it from the face of the Earth and from the memories of the people. That village was Lidice, an innocent little hamlet near Prague. So, on 10 June 1942, the village was encircled. All the men were killed, all the women were sent to concentration camps to work, and all the children were evaluated.
