"Bon Bini" (Welcome) ! My name is Bigala, I've been a tour guide for 10 years, so I have lots of experience! I was born and raised on the island of Curaçao. Curaçao is listed on the Unesco World Heritage list, because of it's historical monuments, European- caribbean architecture, especially 17th century. Curaçao also has a rich culture with Dutch, African, Spanish, Portugese and French influences. My passion is to show and share the beautiful sides of the island. First we visit the south. Saltpans area with flamingoes and other tropical birds. After this we drive to the West to visit the natural park Shete Boka to enjoy the amazing nature high waves and natural caves. Driving to the West we visit Playa Piskado with the turtles swimming in the water. Kenepa beach, one of our most beautiful beaches in the West. We also visit a second natural beach. Time for a great lunch at an amazing restaurant with great view. Visit an old plantation hous gives us a better idea of our history and culture. Taking the nature tour will give you the perfect combination of nature and history. Bring along your walking shoes, comfortable clothing, sunglasses and hats/caps.
We had an absolutely wonderful day with Bigala. She was able to customize our tour around Curacao to see everything we wanted to see and it was such a fun, beautiful day. We really appreciated all the details Bigala infused into our tour and she wanted to make sure we had a great time - and we did! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Curacao!

Bigala was a great guide! She is so intelligent and knowledgeable! We enjoyed every moment of our tour. Because she has lived on Curaçao all her life, she helped us to find all the best places to find birds and wildlife.We learned about many local plants. We got a chance to see much of the island along the way. Best of all was her great company and hearing a bit about island cooking. We have a whole new appreciation for Curaçao!

- Pick up at the pier where your ship is docked; We will be at the pier where your ship is docked at 10.00 am local time to pick you up. We will have a sign - Drive to the South to visit the Salt Pans area of Libu, where we are going to do some walking to enjoy the tropical flora, wild flamimgoes and other tropical birds. After this we visit Natural Park Shete Boca. - Next stop will be at Playa Piskado to swim with the tropical turtles in the water of the caribbean sea. - We will also visit the beautiful Kenepa beach with its great turquosa water. -Visit a great restaurant in the west to enjoy some nice food.
