"Bon Bini" (Welcome) ! My name is Bigala, I've been a tour guide for 10 years, so I have lots of experience! I was born and raised on the island of Curaçao. Curaçao is listed on the Unesco World Heritage list, because of it's historical monuments, European- caribbean architecture, especially 17th century. Curaçao also has a rich culture with Dutch, African, Spanish, Portugese and French influences. My passion is to show and share the beautiful sides of the island. First we visit the city. History, architecture of the Dutch colonial time, culture, art, murals. Up to the nature. We will visit the Hato caves, hideout for the slaves and shelter for the Indians. Nature tour is an amazing tour for Nature lovers. Travelling to the South we are going to visit the Salt Pan area of Libu. Here we are going to do some walking to enjoy the flora and tropical birds like flami goes that live in this area. Driving to the We visit first Playa Piskado with the turtles swimming in the water. Kenepa beach, one of our most beautiful beaches in the West. Taking the nature tour will give you the perfect combination of nature and history. Bring along your walking shoes, comfortable clothing, sunglasses and hats/caps.
We had an absolutely wonderful day with Bigala. She was able to customize our tour around Curacao to see everything we wanted to see and it was such a fun, beautiful day. We really appreciated all the details Bigala infused into our tour and she wanted to make sure we had a great time - and we did! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Curacao!

Because she has lived on Curaçao all her life, she helped us to find all the best places to find birds and wildlife.We learned about many local plants. We got a chance to see much of the island along the way. Best of all was her great company and hearing a bit about island cooking. We have a whole new appreciation for Curaçao!

History, Monuments of the Dutch colonial time art, murals. - Drive to the South to visit the Salt Pans area of Libu, where we are going to do some walking to enjoy the tropical flora, wild flamimgoes and other tropical birds. - Next stop will be at Playa Piskado to see how the tropical turtles swim in the water of the caribbean sea. - We will also visit the beautiful Kenepa beach with its great turquosa water. - Possibility to grab some snacks, food or drink during the tour.
