"Bon biní" to Curaçao! That means "welcome" to Curaçao in our local language, Papiamentu. I'm Elton, a local island-boy born and raised in Curaçao who would be more than glad to show you around his island. As an avid traveller who has visited about 80 countries so far (probably your country too), my love and appreciation for Curaçao only kept on growing as I travelled more and more. Meeting people from across the globe with different backgrounds and cultures is one of the things I enjoy the most. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the island. ATTENTION: - In case you or someone on your party has mobility issues (difficulties walking), I'd recommend sending me a message first instead of immediately booking so we can discuss and see whether it would be possible to do the tour. - Prices are for tours starting in Willemstad only; hotels in the Jan Thiel area and also Sandals Royal are not Willemstad. An extra fee will be added to cover the further distance for the pick-up and drop-off. If staying in the western side of the island and the tour occurs there, there will be no extra fee. My husband and I booked a tour with Elton as our shore excursion. Elton was very good at communicating with us and making arrangements prior to the cruise. Snorkeling is always one of my favorite activities. The price for the private snorkel excursion was very comparable to the cattle car snorkel excursions run by the cruise ship but so much more personalized. I gave him an idea of specifically what I would like to see and he did a great job of picking places to go! You will not regret this excursion.

Our family had the most AMAZING tour with Elton. He organized a tour that included sea turtles, spectacular waves, cliff jumping and a private beach. He was engaging, interactive, extremely knowledgeable and fun! Our family made a great friend in Elton and we look forward to returning to Curacao to tour with him again. Your Willemstad tour itinerary
First stop: - Tugboat area at Caracas Bay: to Director's Bay and back (about 1900m / 6000ft, return) Then at least one of the following locations: - Playa Santa Cruz - western side (about 1500m / 4920ft, return) - Santu Pretu beach (from Sta. Cruz beach it's 10 minute hike, including a climb, to get there and snorkel: about 300m / 1000ft return) - Playa Daaibooi - western side (about 1250m / 4100ft, return). *The tour is not suitable for beginners; and not suitable for children under 16 years old. *You must be a good swimmer. The whole tour takes approximately 5-6 hours, including pick up and drop off. Visibility depends on weather; water can be a bit choppy at times and affects visibility. If water is too rough due to weather conditions, it will not be possible to do the tour. Customized snorkel tours are also possible, just contact me!
