It is wonderful to think that many Cambodians refer to the monument Angkor Wat as Angkor Touch, or "Small Imperial City, to distinguish it from Angkor Thom, the "Great Imperial City". Angkor Wat is the largest religious complex in the world, and considered to be the crowning achievement in Khmer art and architecture. Unusually, Angkor Wat was built orientated to the west the direction of the setting sun which symbolizes the death or the tomb of the king. Every morning hundreds of people are drawn to the front of the temple to watch the sunrise behind the iconic lotus towers. Apart from this, we extend to cast our eyes on the gigantic smiling face towers of Bayon which reveal the glory and magnificent city of Khmer civilization Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm which is overgrown by the giant trees. This tour is designed to realize more about Cambodian daily life that they live outskirts. You will see Cambodian farming, learn how to cook Khmer traditional food, the life at the floating village & local crafts.
