Angkor was the capital city of the Khmer Empire in between the 9th to the 15th centuries. The city houses the magnificent Angkor Wat, one of Cambodia's most popular tourist attractions. The word Angkor is derived from the Sanskrit nagara, meaning "city". This tour allows you to explore the great temples of the Angkorian period and the spectacular Angkor temples of the mighty Khmer Empire. Discover the flooded forest, floating and stilted village and Tonle Sap Lake, the largest in South East Asia. Experiencing the beautiful Cambodian countryside as you pass through small typical villages watch local craftspeople.

Chamrong was a great guide. Knowledgeable, good English skills, flexible, friendly, and prompt. He tailored the 3 days to our schedule and preferences. All the main temples Angkor temples were covered as well as a number of smaller sites, less well known sites. We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with him. Highly recommended.
Cham is an extraordinary guide. We spent three days touring the temples and cultural attractions around Siem Reap. He is patient and kind. And, he is extremely knowledgeable about Cambodian culture, history and religion as well as open to answering questions, sharing stories and engaging in conversation. We enjoyed our time with him and highly recommend him as a guide.
Chamrong was an outstanding tour guide for our group of 7 women- beyond expectations! 10 stars!! We hired him for 4 days for a custom itinerary. From the very beginning he was quite responsive & helpful by text communication through this site until we had exactly the tour we wanted. His pricing was very fair and included a driver and air conditioned van for our travels in the Siem Reap/ Angkor Wat area. We had two full days of visiting temples and sites of Angkor Wat, and learned so much from Cham. He was a font of knowledge on virtually any topic and period of history for Cambodia. We had a cooking class at a local home, also shopping for ingredients at the local open market. A half day tour of floating villages. A daylong hike in the national preserve. The Angkor Wat museum. Special surprises. Much more I could say!! Hire Cham for your custom tour!
Chamrong was excellent is so many ways - good command of English, safe and comfortable driver, plenty of cold water supplied, knowledgable about all the temples. I cannot rate him highly enough - if you want a comprehensive tour of the temples of the Siem Reap / Angkor area, Chamrong is your man.
We took the Tour with Chamrong on Jan 7th, We are glad we hired Cjhamrong because he is very knowledgable about the history of the temples. Also, he was flexible with our schedule and he was very accommodating and attenative to our needs as we are an older couple. I would recommend Chamrong for this tour.
