Dara was recommended by my neighbor, who visited a month ago. We had a wonderful two days at Angkor Wok thanks to Dara’s excellent service. He thoughtfully planned our trip and gave us great restaurant recommendations. He took us to amazing places and had a great eye for where to capture the best photos. We highly recommend him!
Dara was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable; eager to share his knowledge and appreciation of Cambodian culture. Friendly, with a great sense of humor. It was a wonderful two days. I’m 73 and he was able to create a two day program that allowed me to see what I wanted to see and not exhaust myself completely. The tour comes with a driver, which means that you get dropped off right at the entrance to various things and that someone then comes to pick you up later. There was always a cold towel and some cold water after each temple. It really was a wonderful experience, and I recommend Dara as highly as I can.
Dara and his driver met us at the airport on time and quickly started our 2 days of touring. Dara was very knowledgeable and modified the two days to meet our needs. We had a great 2 days and would highly recommend booking Dara if you want to visit the Angkor area!
Dara was amazing - he allowed us to go at our pace - helped us select great vantage points for photos .... explained the history - made sure we have great lunches and bathrooms .... he made the entire experience a delight - we highly recommend him
Our 2-day tour with Mr. Dara was the highlight of our amazing 3-week trip! We saw at least 7 different temples and learned the unique ancient history of each one. We also learned about ongoing conservation efforts to ensure these world heritage sites are preserved, which was fascinating. In addition, Mr. Dara was thoughtful and extremely interesting to speak with about many different topics. We could tell he adapted the tour to our specific interests and did everything to make our visit personalized and extra special. For example, he has a great eye and pointed out various good spots to my husband who loves photography. We’re recommending touring Cambodia with Mr. Dara to anyone interested in traveling to that part of the world. We are already hoping to eventually be able to make a longer trip to Cambodia and do additional tours with Mr. Dara!
