I'm a very friendly, passionate, enthusiastic, personable and trustworthy tour guide. I was born in 1993, in a small village, about 10 miles from Siem Reap center. Then I moved to Siem Reap city when I was about three months old. I have two brothers, and I'm the second. Well, we still live in Siem Reap. By the time I finished High School in 2011, I got poverty scholarships to study at BBU, supported by the World Bank under the administration of Cambodia Government. In the meanwhile, I also worked as an English teacher at Smartkids and Future Bright International Schools, however by 2016, I have applied to become a local guide in Siem Reap under regulations of Ministry of Tourism. Now I'm a well-trained and licensed tour guide by Ministry of Tourism and I have been guiding travelers to Angkor complex and all over the Kingdom of Cambodia since 2016. Obviously, I am able to share with you the ancient and recent history, culture, politics, local lifestyles of Cambodia. I can bring you to the sites where you wish to see such as Angkor Wat, Kulen Mountain National Park, temples on the North Of Cambodia, the farmlands in the countryside, local markets and so on. I love to share my beautiful culture, amazing rich history, and all the beautiful places of Cambodia to the world. Tours By Locals is the BEST. My latest tour was to Siem Reap Cambodia. If you have never seen Angkor Wat at sunrise it should be one on your bucket list! My guide was Sophy Keo, I could not have asked for a better guide. Her knowledge of the temples was excellent, but more importantly she knows how to provide her guests with the best possible experiences. Her ability to sense my needs was uncanny. Sophy kept me safe, comfortable, and I saw things only god wanted me to see. She is my family now!

Day1: • 7:30am: drive over 75miles to Koh Ker to capture several temples off the beaten track • 1:00am: break for lunch for an hour • 2:00pm: visit Beng Mealea • 4:00pm: visit the pink and yellow sandstone known as Banteay Srei • 5:30pm: back to the hotel Day2: • 4:45am: visit Angkor Wat at sunrise and extends to see main things • 8:30am: breakfast break at the hotel • 2:45pm: visit Ta Prohm known as Tomb Raider • 4:15pm: visit Bayon, the most beautiful one of all time. • 5:45pm: back to hotel Day3: • 8:00am: visit Tonle Sap Lake and Kompong Plouk • 12:00am: lunch break for an hour • 1:45pm: visit Angkor National Museum • 4:00pm: back to the hotel Day4 •7:30pm: pick up to the local market to capture the daily life of people selling things •8:30am: visit the Killing Fields •9:00am: visit the War Museum •10:30am: visit Artisans Angkor •12:00am: break for lunch •2:00pm: visit The Silk Farm •3:00pm: visit Western Baray known as the biggest reservoir. End of visit I will be guiding around 8 hours per day.
