Overview of your Recife tour
The seaside resort of Porto de Galinhas (1 hour away from Recife) is composed by many beautiful beaches: Muro Alto, Cupe, Maracaípe and Pontal de Maracaípe. The good vibes of the Porto de Galinhas village will be our base for this Tour. I'm going to take you to one of the famous seafood restaurants by the beach, where we will be able to rent a locker, use the bathroom and have a delicious meal later. Before, we'll go for a buggy ride to know all the incredible beaches that makes this seaside resort one of the most visited in Brazil. After the buggy ride and lunch you can just stay by the beach in front of the restaurant, go for a jangada ride (typical local sailboat), visit the village's shops or even go scuba diving. And do you know what "Porto de Galinhas" mean? No? I'll tell you when we meet. NOTE 1: This Tour is better during weekdays. On weekends Porto de Galinhas may be crowded. NOTE 2: The order of activities may change according to the time of the low and high tides.
Your Recife tour itinerary
* leave Recife and take the highway (drive 50km to the south) until we reach the Porto de Galinhas village (municipality of Ipojuca/PE). * Arrive at the restaurant by the beach (we have a few good options, which I will help you choose according to your preferences). * buggy ride: 2-hour tour visiting the other beaches of Porto de Galinhas (Muro Alto, Cupe, Maracaípe and Pontal de Maracaípe). There will be good opportunities for photography, sea bath and even kayaking or standup paddling (both optional - not included on the price). * lunch around noon; After lunch, there will be a few optional activities you may choose to do: Scuba diving, a Jangada Ride to the natural pools, go shopping at the village or just stay by the beach relaxing.
