Hi there! I'm Paul - a 3rd generation born and bred Perth Local. I'm a wine, whiskey and food lover who is passionate about sharing the very best local experiences - so that you can see our City from a local's perspective, and get a taste of why Perth is such a great place to live, eat and drink. I've been running private tours here in Perth and the South West of Western Australia since 2017. Overview of your Perth tour
No trip to Perth is complete without visiting our well-known sights of Kings Park, the Swan River, our amazing coastline and the historic Port City of Fremantle - all of which are covered on this comprehensive full day tour. Many City sights are easily accessible by foot from your hotel, so I'll show you some that are a bit more out of the way and harder to get to, and the best places for amazing views and local perspectives. As well as taking in the must-see sights of Perth and Fremantle, with all of my tours I like to show you some of the hidden gems and places where the locals go, so you go beyond the usual 'tourist experience'. I understand that everyone has different interests and has their own style of travel, and your exact itinerary for the day will be customised accordingly. This is a full day tour of 8 hours, with door-to-door pick up and drop off. Timing can be flexible if you need to be back for your ships departure.

I arranged two separate full day tours with Paul, the first being Perth & Fremantle overview, the second day being the Swan Valley and Wildlife Park. The first day was arranged to pick us up from a cruise ship we were disembarking. Both were outstanding private tours. Paul had mastered his detail. The pace was perfect given I was traveling with my elderly mother where I needed to manage her energy levels. He even took the time to arrange a wheelchair for the wildlife park to make it more accessible for her. I would highly recommend Paul for any Perth private touring.

Your Perth tour itinerary
As this is a private tour, the itinerary can be tailored to suit your taste and interests. Upon booking I'll liaise with you to discuss where you'd like to spend your time (i.e. Perth or Fremantle) My suggested itinerary is; • Stop for a photo opportunity of downtown Perth from the South Perth side of the river • Visit Perth's Optus Stadium and Matagarup Bridge precinct • Take a stroll over the Boorloo Bridge to Heirisson Island where you might see some Kangaroos *Note: Involves about a 30 minute walk • Visit Kings Park, home of the State war memorial, botanic gardens and treetop walkway • Take a scenic drive along the banks of the Swan River and through Cottesloe beach • Stop for lunch along either the banks of the Swan River or Indian Ocean (own expense) • Spend the afternoon exploring Fremantle. See the main sights and have the option of either; an included Fremantle Prison Tour, visit to the Maritime Museum, or enjoy a tasting paddle at a local Brewery • Return back to the Fremantle Passenger Terminal
