Three Big Stars of Albania - Private Full Day Tour

Starting the walking tour in Tirana, the colorful and vital capital of Albania then we travel by van to the beautiful fortress city of Kruja, located up to 600 meters above sea level, from where we can see from above the west plain as well as Tirana and Durres city just like someone sitting in his/her own balcony enjoying the view and drinking coffee. Kruja has been the capital city of the Middle Ages, where we will visit the medieval bazaar. And then will visit the fortress and the national museum of Scanderbeg, our national hero. We will end our day in Durres, the biggest port city by the Adriatic Sea, where we shall visit the ruins of a Roman amphitheater, Byzantine walls, Venetian tower and archaeological museum. The walk on the main promenade by the Adriatic Sea and I would suggest the best ice cream in Albania (according to my taste) will make your visit in Durres unforgettable.

Sightseeing of Tirana, the capital of Albania. Walking around the Scanderbeg square, Martyrs Boulevard, and The Block Quarter, etc. Drive to Kruje. Visit of the Castle including the museums inside the castle. Free time at the most authentic Old Bazaars in the Balkans. Afterwards drive to Durres to visit the Roman Ruin and the Amphitheater. Free time to walk on Promenade by the seashore. Important note: Museums are closed on Mondays, except of any specific agreement in advance for visits of big groups, cruise ship visitors etc. And any particular preferences you may have, please let me know.
