Starting the walking tour in Tirana, the colorful and vital capital of Albania then we travel by van to the beautiful fortress city of Kruja, located up to 600 meters above sea level, from where we can see from above the west plain as well as Tirana and Durres city just like someone sitting in his/her own balcony enjoying the view and drinking coffee. Kruja has been the capital city of the Middle Ages, where we will visit the medieval bazaar. And then will visit the fortress and the national museum of Scanderbeg, our national hero. We will end our day in Durres, the biggest port city by the Adriatic Sea, where we shall visit the ruins of a Roman amphitheater, Byzantine walls, Venetian tower and archaeological museum. The walk on the main promenade by the Adriatic Sea and I would suggest the best ice cream in Albania (according to my taste) will make your visit in Durres unforgettable.
We had a great time with Gentian around Tirana and Kruja...was dark when we got back to Durres so will do that on our final day with him. Genti is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide and a safe driver. We learned a lot about Albania and it's history.
My wife and I had great tours of Berat, Durres, and Kruja with Genti and Nicolas. While both days were very hot, we were able to enjoy the sights from a comfortable and cool van. We ate delicious lunches on each tour, and both guides were very attentive to our physical disabilities. We highly recommend contacting Genti for touring Albania.

Genti put a custom tour together for us with very specific requests, including transporting our family of 6 from Tirana to Durres. He did a lot of background work for us prior to our arrival. The day before we arrived, he had car issues on a tour outside of the country and was unable to meet us. He arranged for a substitute that did a beautiful job. We had an amazing, memorable, flawless experience. Our young adult children plan to return to Albania to explore more. Wish we had met him. Highly recommend.
I booked a tour with Gentian for my parents as part of a birthday present and they were over the moon with their day trip. Gentian was friendly, professional and knowledgable, and they were very impressed by his ability to answer all of their questions. The lunch stop and vineyard visit that he recommended and arranged were excellent too, and greatly surpassed their expectations. Would definitely recommend!
Sightseeing of Tirana, the capital of Albania. Walking around the Scanderbeg square, Martyrs Boulevard, and The Block Quarter, etc. Drive to Kruje. Visit of the Castle including the museums inside the castle. Free time at the most authentic Old Bazaars in the Balkans. Afterwards drive to Durres to visit the Roman Ruin and the Amphitheater. Free time to walk on Promenade by the seashore. Important note: Museums are closed on Mondays, except of any specific agreement in advance for visits of big groups, cruise ship visitors etc. And any particular preferences you may have, please let me know.
