My name is Bojan, but people all call me Rante, so you can too. I'm a professional guide that would love to provide you with adventurous experiences, blended with magical nature landscapes, hidden cultural sites, and tasty local cuisine. Being a graduated forestry engineer, and an MSc in rural development - anthropology and sociology of the rural, I am the person to show you the world beyond the cities in Macedonia. My passion is bicycles and photography. So I can gladly take you on a bike tour to see and experience unique places. It is good to mention that my professionally related interests are protected areas, sacred natural sites, old trees, and places (what kind of meanings people associate to a place). Therefore I can show you the local's side of a place. Skopje is the town where I live, though I've been to every hidden place in Macedonia. I love Macedonia for its nature, and for its traditional cuisine. It is a place where you can experience something different (a landscape, people, culture) on every few steps you make; where villagers will not let you go without having a drink together; where food is whole ceremony of tastes and love. I am at your availability to make your visit and experience of Macedonia personal, unique and memorable. This tour was just as planned. Bojan went above and beyond to make sure my mom’s wheelchair would be safe during the walking. He took us to many great places and knew so much history. He was kind and caring and a great representative for the people of Macedonia. Would recommend!

Rante is an excellent guide — exceptionally knowledgeable about the city, its buildings, history, and the wider region. He paid great attention to our interests to personalise the tour and even arranged access to a site that is normally closed on Sundays.
