I am a female tour guide born and brought up in Addis Ababa with ample chance to visit and experience Ethiopia from every corner. I have been working as tour guide besides press expert, public relation head and teacher in various governmental and charity organizations plus as a journalist and a fixer for international media companies which gave me enough exposure to be the best tour guide and coordinator of travelers interest to make the best use of their time and resource. My experience as tour guide or public relations would make me your best choice not only as a tour operator but also in handling your request as a professional and trust worthy fixer to realize your dream. I have done my post graduate studies on Literature focusing East African Literature emphasizing womens' role in the society as it was depicted on literary works. Based on this I published my thesis as a book in 2010, Feminism in African Literature Context. I also took training in Johannesburg, South Africa on Strategic Communication, Crisis Management and Public Relations.

    I had a wonderful and full day with Feven. She is a lifer in Addis and very knowledgeable. We saw the sights and had a terrific local lunch and coffee. She showed me some community women’s projects I was interested in and we had time to shop there and also at a local coffee shop.     Feven is a gem! A 40 plus year local, she knows the ins and outs of Addis and Ethiopian culture and politics. She is extremely well educated and talented in many ways and is a great story teller. I would highly recommend booking any tour with her to gain a better understanding of not only the city, but the Ethiopian people and their culture and challenges.

    I had a fantastic two days in Addis thanks to Feven. A knowledgeable, compassionate and super smart lady who introduced to me Ethiopian culture and thinking not just the city high lights. Absolutely worth the time and money. I loved it! From the food, to the history and general conversation. I felt like I was touring with an old friend.
