Raffles was great to work with. I had to change several places we were to visit at the last minute and he was so accommodating by redoing our itinerary and adding suggestions to round out our tour, all at the last minute. We also had pretty specific car needs, and he found a car and driver that worked perfectly. We really enjoyed our tour, but his above and beyond help...

When our arranged tour guide in Hong Kong took ill -- two hours before our tour was to begin, Raffles Mok stepped in. In very short order, he arranged a complete day that was responsive to our interests, perfectly paced, and extremely well planned.
