4-day trip to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru

For my second safari with Dunstan and Jeff, I brought my wife along and she loved it! We saw so many animals in so many situations and such large numbers: Zebras, elephants, giraffes, water buffalo, lions, cheetahs, gazelles of all kinds, wildebeest, hippos, crocodiles, ostriches, baboons, and both white and black rhinos. To say nothing of the gorgeous and wide open scenery. I think what I most like about Dunstan and Jeff is how often we end up finding animals first and then calling in other groups.

Was traveling solo and needed a guide for Masai Mara who could work with me and stay in my budget. Dunstan was super flexible, and our "driver" Jeff was impressively knowledgeable about animals. Even outside peak season, we saw zebras, giraffes, elephants, lions (individuals, mating pairs, groups of females, prides, and the most adorable little cubs), cheetahs, wildebeest, antelopes of all kinds, birds of all kinds, ostriches, baboons, and more. Would happily travel with Dunstan and Jeff again.

Dunstan and Jeff are extraordinary guides and we cannot recommend them enough. They were highly informative and enthusiastic, careful of our safety, very punctual, and at the same time gave us the privacy we needed when not on a game drive. They also worked hard to ensure that we saw as many of the Big Five as possible, and filled us in on cultural details about their beautiful country and its very welcoming people. Hard to imagine more easygoing and comfortable guides than Dunstan and Jeff!

Dunstan had an enormous task organising a 17 day trip for 4 people that included a Mt Kenya trek and safaris in Kenya and Tanzania. All went very well and we had a terrific time - the accommodation was excellent and Dunstan always looked out for us. On the Mt Kenya trek we would have liked a map of the route (a minor thing). The safaris were excellent - we saw so many animals. The drivers were excellent though a little more guide commentary would also have been good. An overall fantastic experience Thanks

Very pleased with the trip that Dunstan put together with only a week notice. I asked for a custom safari covering parks in both Kenya and Tanzania. Dunstan was able to put together a great itinerary in less than a day that covered all the places I wanted to see. Hotels included in the trip were clean and comfortable. Safari was exactly what I wanted. Dunstan has a great deal of experience putting together safari packages, if you have something in mind I am sure he can make it a reality for you!
