Had a great time with Hannah touring the many sites of Hanoi. I asked to visit the Museum of Ethnology and she adjusted and customized the tour accordingly. That turned out to be the highlight of the tour as I spent a few hours enjoying the excellent exhibits at the museum. Hannah also made some great recommendations for shopping and the bun cha for lunch was simply amazing. All in all, I had a fantastic time on a cool, rainy Hanoi day and I would highly recommend taking a tour with Hannah.
This itinerary can be customized based on your actual arrival/departure time. 7:30: I will pick you up from your cruise ship port in Ha Long bay, heading to Hanoi capital city. - Enjoy 2. 5 hours of driving en-route with stunning limestone mountains, green paddy fields. - We will travel by the new high way to shorten our journey from 4 hours to only 2.5 hours. 10:00 Arrive in Hanoi. - Take a visit to the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. - Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, located on the most beautiful street of Hanoi and next to the West Lake. - Walk around Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple. At noon: Enjoy lunch at a nice restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter. 14:00 After lunch, enjoy 1 hour by rickshaw to visit the French Quarter area and 36 streets Old Quarter and the iconic train street. 15:00: Get back to our van to go back to Halong City. 17:30 Arrive at your cruise ship port.
