6:00 PM — I’ll pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter to kick off our delicious evening adventure. 6:15 PM — We’ll start with a fun intro to greeting in Vietnamese, then dive right into the lively streets, soaking up the buzz and vibrant energy of Hanoi’s night life. 6:45 PM — Time to taste! You’ll sample up to 10+ authentic dishes at some of the city’s best hidden gems—think zesty nộm bò khô (papaya with dried beef salad), smoky bún chả (grilled pork with noodles), and a warm, comforting bowl of pho. 7:30 PM — Next, enjoy nem phở cuốn (spring rolls), bánh cuốn (steamed rice rolls), and the ever-popular bánh mì sandwich. Sweeten things up with bánh gối (fried pastries), bánh rán (donuts), and sip on trà đá (iced tea) or bia hơi (fresh beer). We’ll finish with tasty chè (sweet dessert soup). 8:30 PM — We’ll end our tour relaxing by Hoan Kiem Lake, taking in the cool night air and charming Red Bridge views before I escort you back to your hotel.
