I was born and raised up in Hanoi for whole my life, so I know and understand all about Hanoi city and its people. I graduted from 2 big Universities in Hanoi, majoring in Tourist Guide and English from 1999. I speak fluently English and have great skills as well as knowledge of Vietnam history, geography, culture, customs, and more. I have worked in the tourism Industry since 1995, have good cooperation with service suppliers, such as accommodation, transportation, and ticket booking agents.
