9. 00AM: Pick up at your hotel and drive a long the Red River bank to Van Giang traditional village. Enjoy peacefull landscape with green paddy fields or banana garden along the way. 10. 00AM: Arrive at Van Giang Village's morning market where the sounds and sights of the city seem far away from the rural life here. 11. 00AM: drive back to the village then take a stroll through Van Giang to the 150-year old home of Mr An who at 65-years old has one of the most impressive Bonsai collections in the district. His home which has been passed down through the generations is typical of rich landowners of that time. Take a small cooking lession to make spring rolls and fishsause and how to open a traditional "Chung cake", teaching by the owner herself. 12. 00AM: Enjoy traditional Vietnamese lunch with the spring rolls that created yourself before. PM: Visit and short wark in Bat Trang ceramic village with variety of local workshop, see local workers making ceramic. Drive back to hotel approximate 03. 30PM
