Husky Puppy Tour: From Skagway to Yukon Shore Excursion

Join me for an unforgettable experience learning and exploring as we venture through my historic gold rush town and up the mountains into Canada for the most scenic views in the world! We'll see glaciers, waterfalls, rivers, lakes & mountains. We'll also search for some of the many wild animals that call this home. Best of all, we'll stop at a Dog Mushing Camp where Alaskan Huskies train for the Iditarod. Admission is included, and yes, you can play with adorable Husky puppies. An additional charge lets you ride a cart pulled by energetic, playful Alaskan Huskies. Even if you don't ride, it's a lot of fun to watch the training in action. Our drive continues through BC and up into the Yukon, catching all of the best photo stops along the way. We'll pull into a tiny Yukon village for lunch and a chance to buy local souvenirs. After that, you'll see "the smallest desert in the world" & the incredibly breathtaking Emerald Lake before heading back to Skagway.

On our day's journey, I'd love to share the many bits of local color I've picked up during my adventures in the historic city of Skagway. Some historical events, some interesting facts, with a healthy dose of tall tales and humor mixed in. You can also choose to take in the spectacular vistas in silence or with your own music.
