Hi there! I’m Isabelle, your multilingual tour guide in Salt Lake City and its surrounding area. I’m originally from Europe and have lived and worked on 3 continents, but I’ve been calling Utah home since 2015. My love for travelling and exploring is one of the reasons I started offering guided tours. I'm now also certified through the Utah Tour Guide Association. Utah is fascinating, whether it’s the vast vistas and unique natural landscapes, or the pioneer history and the diversity of Salt Lake City, I'm excited to share my enthusiasm and passion for this unique part of the world while you take in the sights. Whether you're interested in learning about the Mormon pioneers and history, taking in the stunning landscapes across the Great Salt Lake, or discovering Salt Lake City’s culture and historic landmarks, I'll tailor each tour to your interests. My tours are customizable to families with kids as well, to make memories that will last a lifetime. My goal is to provide an engaging, interactive, and memorable experience that leaves you with a deeper appreciation for and a different view of this remarkable part of the world. Are you visiting family or here for business, or maybe passing through on a road trip? In any case, I'll be happy to help you make the most of your visit to Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Northern Utah!

Overview of your Salt Lake City tour

This side of downtown is often overlooked, yet it formed a vital part in the growth of the city, the state, and the Western US in general. Let's step back in time to explore the West side of Salt Lake City, the area dominated by 2 historic train stations in what used to be the city’s warehouse district. The magnificently restored Union Pacific Station is one of the first stops on this tour. You’ll walk in the footsteps of so many travelers who came through this historic building after the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad just North of Salt Lake City. As we make our way through the Gateway Mall and Pioneer Park, there's also some interesting street art before looping back to Main Street. No visit to downtown Salt Lake City is complete without a stop at Temple Square. As we leave Main Street behind us, we’ll see historic buildings such as the Beehive and Lion House, and of course, the Salt Lake Temple. Time permitting, we may attend the daily organ recital at the Tabernacle on Temple Square.
