From South Temple Street lined with grand historic buildings to the hallowed ground that is Temple Square, on this tour, you'll get a crash-course in what made and makes Salt Lake City what it is today. I'll introduce you to the history and people and the architecture. You'll leave with an appreciation for it all. This tour is perfect for someone with limited time, perhaps here for business or a conference or maybe a long layover. And, if the timing works, we can include the organ recital at the Tabernacle on Temple Square, an daily event that's been going on for nearly 150 years. This is mostly a driving tour. We will be using my Honda Odyssey minivan. It will be clean and comfortable. If you wish to customize this tour for a slightly larger group or with a different vehicle, we can rent one according to your needs for an additional fee. At a few of our stops, we will park and get out of the car. Most of the walking is on level ground. If you have mobility or accessibility needs, please let me know. Adjustments can be made to accommodate you.
