Hi there! I’m Isabelle, your multilingual tour guide in Salt Lake City and its surrounding area. I’m originally from Europe and have lived and worked on 3 continents, but I’ve been calling Utah home since 2015. My love for travelling and exploring is one of the reasons I started offering guided tours. I'm now also certified through the Utah Tour Guide Association. Utah is fascinating, whether it’s the vast vistas and unique natural landscapes, or the pioneer history and the diversity of Salt Lake City, I'm excited to share my enthusiasm and passion for this unique part of the world while you take in the sights. Whether you're interested in learning about the Mormon pioneers and history, taking in the stunning landscapes across the Great Salt Lake, or discovering Salt Lake City’s culture and historic landmarks, I'll tailor each tour to your interests. My tours are customizable to families with kids as well, to make memories that will last a lifetime. My goal is to provide an engaging, interactive, and memorable experience that leaves you with a deeper appreciation for and a different view of this remarkable part of the world. Are you visiting family or here for business, or maybe passing through on a road trip? In any case, I'll be happy to help you make the most of your visit to Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Northern Utah!

Discover why Salt Lake City is a hidden gem worth exploring on this comprehensive walking tour of downtown. Along the way, I'll tell you of the history of Salt Lake City, from the indigenous tribes that call these lands home, to the trappers and explorers, and the Mormon pioneers who settled here in 1847. Since then, the city continued to see rapid growth and development. This tour takes you past old and modern architecture, including historic buildings on Main Street. Taking a short bus ride, we'll reach the Utah State Capitol for a tour inside this marvellous building which showcases a panoramic view of the Salt Lake Valley. We'll also see historical buildings around Temple Square, such as the Beehive and Lion House, and of course, the Salt Lake Temple. Please not that due to ongoing construction on Temple Square, there may be unannounced detours on this walking tour.

Isabella delivered a deeply detailed and extremely interesting tour. As history geeks, we asked her to load it up with SLC historic highlights and she delivered. Very knowledgable, knew answers to all our many questions and the three hours flew by. Highly recommended!
Enjoyable and informative
Isabelle was absolutely fantastic! She met our family of four right on time in downtown Salt Lake City, and showed us all of the important landmarks in the area. The pace of walking and amount of information was perfect, and it was clear that Isabelle was adjusted her tour to meet the interests and needs of each member of our group. I will definitely be sharing her name with others who plan to visit the city. Highly recommend.
My wife and I took this tour on our recent trip to Utah. Since it was our first time to SLC, we were hoping for a good tour that "hit the high points." This private tour with Isabelle was perfect in every way. Isabelle met us in the lobby of our hotel, and for around 4 hours, we walked around the city, taking in sites including the capitol building, the downtown area, the Utah Jazz mural (a personal favorite of mine) and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir building. During the tour, Isabelle provided interesting facts and some great recommendations for lunch. We ended the tour at a noontime performance of the crazy huge pipe organ at the Mormon Choir building. This tour was a great way to introduce yourself to a beautiful, interesting city. It was worth every second and every penny we spent. Isabelle was a great guide and we appreciate the time she spent showing us SLC.
