Hi, my name is Jay and I would love to be your private local guide in Bangkok. If you arrive in Bangkok, what are you looking for? What do you need? What do you expect? And with which memories of this amazing country do you want to go home. . . I believe your experience will always be more meaningful when it is shared and learned from the locals. So what you need is a local who knows what you want. My experience as a guide for more then a decade has taught me well. So I'm sure I am able to make your dream trip come true. When you book one of my tours I will share my love for my country's by engaging you through some historical insights, local folktales, delicious Thai food, fun local transportation like a tuk tuk ride or James Bond boat amazing race, myths and different beliefs that can be found throughout Thailand. My work is my passion. So to me "guiding a tour" is not just a job. It is also my happiness. Everyday when I say goodbye to my new friends, I can only feel fulfilled and complete when I am sure my guests had an amazing and excellent day. With me as your friend, not only will you hear stories but you will also feel and taste the best of Thailand. Through the local insights but also through tasting some of the most delicious Thai food around. I have some different trips and tours for you to choose from. Some are very flexible and can be customized along the day and others are all inclusive trips around Bangkok and for example the floating market or Ayutthaya. For cruise ship travelers I have private tours for couples and for travelers that want to book me as a group for their trip to Bangkok or near the port. But if by any chance you can't find what you are looking for or you want to customize any of my tours, please don't hesitate to send me an email because this can all be arranged according to your specific wishes. So embark on your first experience to Thailand with me and make sure your holiday will start with a blast! I can't wait to welcome you to Bangkok soon! During this must-do introduction of Bangkok I will take you to the cultural highlights of the city. We start at the famous Royal Palace and the Wat Phra Keow. I will introduce our beloved royal family to you and take you to the hidden secrets of this Palace. You will get a clear understanding why all Thai families love the royal family so much. You don't have to wonder anymore why we cover our walls with photographs of our King and his family. We continue to the Wat Pho which houses the biggest reclining Buddha statue of the city. Golden showers of glittering light ponder on your face. While you walk passed his beautiful expression you wonder how it would feel to reach a state of enlightenment. After a break of silence we get on board a local boat to explore the local way of life next to the canals of this once so famous Venice of the east. The final destination today is Chinatown. There are markets to discover and century old alleys to be seen in this always bustling part of Bangkok.
