I Love NATURE! I am a keen birder. I love to share my knowledge and experience of birds and Nepal wildlife that I know. I have led many bird/ornithological tours and treks in Nepal, my great passion, that I love to work. I have been doing this for well over 2 decades. Nature is amazing! I believe that BIRDS are one of the greatest gift of nature, that has equal share as we human and should be protected for times to come! I can not imagine this world without birds. I am a local and have an experience in dealing and leading tour and treks too, in Nepal for international tourist since last twenty years. "I believe that birds are one of the greatest gift of nature, that has equal share of this common home Earth, as we do. They should be protected for times to come! I can not imagine this world without birds". Birds and watching birds are my greatest passions. I have been doing this tour since the last 2 decades, while trying my best to contribute in birds conservation as I am part of one of the main bird conservation organization of Nepal (Bird Conservation Nepal). This tour is done in one of my favourite nature parks located in Kathmandu. Shivapuri is the biodiversity hot spots of Nepal. Some highlight species are Long-tailed Broadbill, Golden-throated Barbet, Orange-bellied Leafbird, Orange-headed Thrush, Asian-barred/Collared Owlets with rarest Spot-bellied Owl, Long-tailed and Scarlet Minivet, Long-tailed Thrush, Himalayan Vulture, Forktails, Warblers and Black Eagle, etc.
Your Kathmandu tour itinerary
7. 00am: meet at your hotel or another set location and drive to the gate of the park. 7. 50am: arrive at the starting point and start birding. 8. 00am - 01 pm or so : Birding walk around. 1. 00 -2. 00 pm: Tour ends and returns to your hotel or drop off point.
