Join me and learn how to shop in Morocco like a local. Many times it uncomfortable to try to purchase or haggle for a particular item you want without being over charged. Shopping can definitely turn into hard work if you do not have the patience or know the ins and out of what you are doing. On this tour we will delve into the maze-like colorful alleyways and quarters. You will watch skilled artisans at work and venture deeper into the leather workers, brass, iron, copper-smiths and interior designers and see wood sculptures and carvers displaying their work I will show you the art of shopping in local markets that has developed over generation as well as enhance your haggling skills while teaching you some useful keywords from our Moroccan dialects. *If you have a specific itinerary in mind send me a message and I'll customize the tour for you

- We will meet at the meeting point - We will set off through the bustling alleyways. You will sharpen your battening skills. - First we will go to the Semmarine section with its shining shops and then to the leather district where you will have a close insights on different processes of creating beautiful slippers, shoes, bags and a have a view on the leather market auction. - You will have a chance to browse and admire the local rugs and kilims at fixed prices. - You will be lead then to the spectacular iron, brass, copper-smith quarter where you will chat and show your haggling skills to the artisans crafting and finalizing their master-pieces in the shape of lanterns or tables fit for home interiors. - We will admire beautiful classical and modern style Caftans, Jellabas or tunics. . . - You will learn from experts the art of curing and Cosmetics (with herbs and essential oils like Argan and prickly pear Oil) as well as having a hand on cooking with spices and Safran and how to mix all sorts of spices.
