Tlacotalpan Alive

Tlacotalpan is a village near to Veracruz, famous because of its History but also because of its caribbean architecture which is known as a World Heritage. In this tour you will see the origins of the Jarocho Culture. (Jarocho is the name that receive the people that was born in the coast of the state of Veracruz, but also is a symbol of pride for us). Also its gastronomy is really good and the character of the people will make that you want to come back to Tlacotalpan.

At first we will met at your hotel, then we are going to Tlacotalpan (World Heritage), we will begin the tour, and you could decide if you want to make the tour in a bike or in the famous trolley. Then we will visit a house on the edge of the river that was built on the XIX century and we will have the oportunity to learn about the handicrafts of the region and taste one of the most famous beverages in Veracruz, el Torito, and have some snacks in there. We will visit some of the most important buildings in the city, learning about their way of life, their traditions and also if you like to dance you will have the opportunity to learn how to dance the traditional zapateado. If you want we will have time to have a brief lunch, if not we will be back to Veracruz.
