People find me to be an upbeat, self-motivated with excellent communication skills. For the past 19 years I have worked in the tourism industry. I enjoy reading, and the knowledge and perspective that my reading gives me has strengthened my guiding skills and abilities. I'm a very flexible with people and this has helped me in a bussiness where there are many different personalities looking for different activities. I started as a tour advisor and sales representative at different travel agencies, worked for 11 years and then decided that it was the time to try something different. My passion for my culture, The Mayan Culture combined with my love for archaeology and teaching are the main reasons that made me decide to take this "job". Nowadays I work as a tour conductor and guide in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. My goal is to create experiences that last for the entire life and do my best so that, the people who spend a day with me might learn something that has an impact on their life. I specialized in the organization of private excursions and activities in Cancun, Riviera Maya and other attractions of the Yucatan Peninsula, from Mayan ceremonial centers, cenotes and theme parks to colonial cities and authentic Mayan communities. I will explain in simple common language the significant features of the area in an entertaining way.
