Hola! We booked a fantastic tour with Alex to visit a few cenotes while in Cancun. Throughout the booking process Alex was very communicative and responsive. We were staying locally at a resort, and Alex came to pick us up without any issues, and told us all about local culture while on the way to the cenote. When the original planned cenote closed unexpectedly, Alex was creative and offered several alternatives which were just as amazing. We had a wonderful morning with the cenote all to ourselves and a local lunch that was more delicious than any of the foods at the resort. Book with Alex if you enjoy good conversation, laughter, and exploring! It was such a fun time that after my first tour, I cancelled my other tour I had planned and booked it with him! We did the cenote tour and the tulum tours. The tours were such a pleasure, Alex was knowledgeable, telling us about the animals and plants we saw, along with the history about the sites we visited. But what felt different was it didn’t feel rehearsed, everything he said was from heart and you can tell he truly loves doing this. The tour was never rushed, he let us swim as long as we wanted at each cenote and explore tulum as we wished. It was amazing. Also I asked him to take us to his favorite places to eat and no lie, it was the best food our entire trip! As cheesy as this sounds, my wife and I truly made a new friend on this trip in Alex and we cant wait to come back and see him and explore again!
