Arturo spent almost seven years traveling around the world looking for the perfect place to live, that was the first time he came to Cabo where he stayed almost six months. After finishing his Master Degree in Environmental Sciences he noticed he wasn't ready for a proper job and came back to Cabo where he worked as a Scuba dive instructor, bike tour guide and a street Christmas tree seller. Arturo loves the feeling of the sea wind and any outdoor activity. When he is not working you can find him doing something outside, helping a local NGO or just chilling on the beach. An escape to the Pueblo Mágico of Todos Santos is the perfect antidote to the high-energy resort buzz of Los Cabos. Located just an hour north along a scenic Pacific highway, a half-day tour (typically lasting 5 to 6 hours including travel time) offers a rich mix of colonial history, bohemian art culture, and coastal desert views.
The Scenic Coastline DriveYour tour starts with a comfortable, air-conditioned drive heading north out of Cabo on Highway 19. What to watch for: The landscape transitions into dramatic cliffs where the massive golden cardón cacti meet the deep blue Pacific Ocean. During the winter months (December to April), you can easily spot humpback whales breaching right from the highway! Step Back in Time (Historic Center)The Jesuit Mission: Your guide will walk you through the historic heart of town, starting with the Mission Nuestra Señora del Pilar (founded in 1733). You'll learn how this quiet desert oasis once served as the wealthy sugar-cane milling capital of the peninsula. Manuel Márquez de León Theater: A quick stop outside this beautiful, historic theater offers a glimpse into the town's golden era. Art Walk & Sweet TreatsThe Art District: You’ll get dedicated free time to wander under the floating papel picado banners.
