We had an amazing time with Jihad and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his services. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and over delivered. We ate in local restaurants, stayed in local family owned hotels and Jihad was extremely open and honest in his answers to our many questions. His knowledge of history is clear and his delivery was pitched perfectly for our interests/ knowledge level. Jihad is an amiable, funny, honest and considerate man with excellent English who treated everyone we met with respect and kindness. It didn’t go unnoticed how tactfully he shielded us from the local sales patter whilst giving us every opportunity to still engage with warmth and humour. Have a chance to relax in the therapeutic waters of the Dead Sea. You will not miss Jarash Roman Ruin which is one of the best Roman sites outside of Italy, Not far from Mount Nebo the Mosaic city of Madaba so we will have the chance to see one of the oldest mosaic maps.

Jihad was FANTASTIC! Before we arrived he helped us select the perfect itinerary. When we actually arrived it was raining in Jordan. Jihad shifted our itinerary around to avoid poor weather. We traveled with our 4 kids. Jihad was SO GOOD with our children. He is very knowledgable and a great communicator. But most of all he is just an excellent human being. When he learned of my Mom's upcoming birthday he arranged a surprise party and a cake at a local restaurant. I simply cannot recommend Jihad enough!
We have used about 20 Tour by Locals guides all of the world, and Jihad is right at the top of the list ! Communication was great, as Jihad helped us plan the best schedule to meet our needs. His knowledge of the history, culture, and religious sites were fantastic. He made a family of 5 feel very welcome to be in Jordan. It is vacation we will never forget, the boys still talk about the restaurant for welcome dinner our first night. (Hope your son enjoyed to toy car you got him in Aqaba !). All the best
Your Amman tour itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome meeting, visit Amman downtown or city tour if we have time, having dinner in a local restaurant. Day 2 - Amman - Roman city of Jarash, then we drive to the lowest area on earth, we get access to one of the Dead Sea resorts where we can get access to the beach & swimming pools ( 3 hours visit) - Amman. Day 3 - Amman - Madaba city (Mosaic Map- one hour visit) 1500 yeas old, we will visit the church of Madaba. then we drive to Nebo Mountain where Moses stands and looks to Palestine, (Biblical site- one hour visit) - Shoubak ( Castle panorama- 2 hours include dinner) - Petra. Day 4 -Petra full-day visit. explore the city of Petra which is 2300 years old, it has been carved in the mountain from the Arab Nabatine, Petra is UNESCO heritage and one of the seven wonders in the world. Day 5 - Petra - Wadi Rum ( Bedouin Night), enjoy having the night under the stars in the Bedouin tent and try the traditional food. Day 6 - Wadi Rum - Aqaba (Red Sea) Day 7 - Aqaba - Amman
