Welcome to Japan ! I am Miyoko, a Japanese National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter, and I love meeting people from all over the world. Born in Yamaguchi, I used to live in Hong Kong for 6 years, and now live in Fukuoka city. Before becoming a guide, I worked as a purser in First-Class cabins on international flights. Thanks to that experience, I learned how to take care of guests and make their time special — something I now bring to my tours as well. I enjoy traveling, watching movies and sports (baseball, football, and sumo are my favorites!), taking photos of planes, night views, and flowers, and dining out. Because of this, I can introduce you not only to famous landmarks but also to local restaurants and hidden gems. I mainly guide in Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Arita/Imari, Beppu, Yufuin, Takachiho, Kagoshima, Kumamoto, and Yamaguchi. Whether you'd like to explore history, enjoy nature, or simply relax with delicious food, I'll make sure your trip is comfortable, fun, and memorable. I look forward to meeting you and sharing wonderful experiences together!

Welcome to Nagasaki !! You can explore the highlights of Nagasaki by a comfortable private car. The city was Japan's gateway to trade with the West, China and Korea, even during the country's isolation policy. This led to a unique cultural mix. Nagasaki has fully recovered from the second atomic bomb during WW II and keeps sending messages of peace and hope to the world. It is also the birthplace of Champon noodle. In this 6-hour private tour, you will visit some must-see places with a cheerful and knowledgeable government licensed guide, such as historical landmarks, A-bomb related sites, beautiful gardens and more. You can also try Champon noodle, Hatoshi (shrimp paste toast) and Castella cake. I've delivered nearly 50 Nagasaki tours, including official cruise excursions, and would like to show you many charms of the city, plus my favorite places where it could be difficult to find without a local. *I'm happy to customize this tour according to your requests.

Miyoko is a true guide, we have had several guides around the world and she is truly up there with the best. Miyoko is organised with iPad and document displays to explain everything about what she is sharing with you. Her timing for where to be at a special place and time is an example of how she plans every aspect of your tour. An example was to be at ground zero at 11.02 so you can experience the daily siren and hear the sounds of the tributes to this eye opening experience. Miyoko is just the most sincere and kind person and is a pleasure to meet. Our two days with her were a stand out.
Another amazing tour. I think Nagasaki has been our favourite place so far. Miyoko was fantastic. The Atomic Bomb Museum was very busy with cruise passengers. But I think it is a must. The Peace Park was very quite though, which was good. See hround zero was very humbling. Then time for a beautiful Shinto Temple some fund posing at the oldest bridge and a quick trip to China Town The whole day was very relaxed with time for shopping and lunch. Thank you Miyoko!!! Would definitely recommend.
Miyoko was an excellent guide with our family of 9 (including baby) with multiple allergies. She stayed right with us and provided an excellent tour. Highly recommend
We had a wonderful day exploring Nagasaki with Miyoko! She was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of her city. Our tour included a visit to Nagasaki Peace Park and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum, both of which were incredibly moving and educational. Miyoko provided valuable historical context that helped us better understand the significance of these important sites. We also visited Meganebashi (Spectacles Bridge). The charming stone bridge offered great photo opportunities and a glimpse into the city's rich past. One of the highlights of the day was the breathtaking view from Mount Inasa, where we enjoyed panoramic views overlooking Nagasaki Harbor and the city below. The scenery was absolutely stunning and gave us a new appreciation for Nagasaki's unique geography. We highly recommend Miyoko to anyone visiting Nagasaki. It was a great day, a great tour, and one we will remember for years to come!
Miyoko was a wonderful guide! Prompt, thoughtful, and accommodating to our preferences. She paced the tour to meet our needs and found us great locations for lunch and shopping. We would highly recommend her.
