The amazing Leaning Tower of Pisa!

We really enjoyed our tour of Pisa with Karine. She did an excellent job explaining the history of the cathedral, baptistry and the leaning tower and her explanation increased our appreciation for the artifacts in the hospital and museum shop. She also showed us the non-tourist areas of Pisa and we enjoyed eating in and walking around those parts of the city. We would highly recommend a tour with Karine.

Fantastic tour! We thoroughly enjoyed our morning with Karine. She is very well informed and is able to communicate a lot of history in a compelling way. The tour was well paced and excellently curated to include Piazza Dei Miracoli as well as the old city and on to the modern Keith Haring mural. Karine gave excellent restaurant and museum suggestions. We hope to tour Lucca with Karine in the future!

Karine was a wonderful tour guide. We were a family group (baby, granny, dog...) and Karine answered all our questions after explaining the interesting buildings and monuments of Pisa. Within a short walk in the old part of Pisa she also gave us some insider tips for restaurants and bars. And on our last evening we went to one of her recommendations - a restaurant in the oldest tower of Pisa - and really enjoyed it.

Karine is an absolutely amazing tour guide. She knows quite literally everything about Pisa, and our time with her was delightful. We'd done a couple of cattle-car group tours of the Miracle Square previously, but those experiences paled in comparison with what Karine shared with us. The symbolism of the Baptistry, it's mirror in the Cathedral, and the amazing restored frescoes are missed by those who just run up and down the Tower.

Karine was one of the most informative and passionate guides we have found in italy todate. We did a Pisa walking tour that whilst not a lot of area was covered the information on the monuments we we visited kept us interested at all times. We could have expanded the walking tour into pisa central but we found we had brain "overload" so opted for a drink and chat option instead. Karine has a Passion and knowledge for her profession that is commendable.
