I have been a tour guide for over 20 years, which adds to my passion for Egyptian history. I have a bachelor's degree in Egyptology and I have been to 25 countries, so I was exposed to many cultures, therefore I'm very flexible and adaptable to tourists with different backgrounds. I organize tours from A to Z; including transportation, reservation and guiding for small or large groups; whether you're in Luxor for a short time or going on a cruise for a few days, my expertise covers Luxor and the surrounding towns with all the monumental sites and fun excursions you might be interested in. I work on a freelance basis so I do tours for travel agencies plus organize my own tours based on my clients' preferred itineraries. Besides archaeological sites, I can also recommend places to eat or go shopping at, as well as advise you on what to do and what to avoid. I do enjoy working with people as I have spent most of my career life meeting people from different backgrounds and taking them around on different tours. Luxor has a lot to offer travellers, especially when it comes to history; I'd rate it as the most interesting historical city in the world as it houses some of the best well preserved and famous ancient temples & tombs. Whether you like history or just marking down your travel list, Luxor will definitely amaze you and you will want to come back to see more of it. The one advice I often give to travelers before they come here, is that they should spend at least 2 days in Luxor considering the amount of interesting sites you can visit without being under the pressure of rushing around or missing some of those wonderful places. Once you decide to book a tour you'll be taken care of from A to Z; I do live in Luxor and I know the tiny secrets of this town, and will be happy to help you out with any info, even if you don't book me as your tour guide. Ancient Egyptian history is very precious and our duty as tour guides is to show it to the world in appreciation to the great pharaohs and their unique civilization, regardless of how much we should profit from that job. Visiting Egypt in general can be a bit challenging at some points, but having a tour guide or at least an honest advice from a local is a big advantage and can avoid you some clouds you may not want to come across . Once again I'm happy to help any tourist that visits Luxor, keeping in mind that it's the reputation of our country and a positive feedback for future travelers. Wish you all safe and enjoyable travels! Bachelor's of Egyptology and history. Tour Guide Licenses from both the Ministry of Tourism and the Tour Guides Syndicate. 20+ Years of Experience guiding None.

On this tour, we will be focusing on the lesser known sites in western Luxor, which are known by locals but less visited by tourists. This makes them less crowded usually, so you'll be able to enjoy touring them without big crowds of people around. Instead of the very famous Valley of the Kings, we'll be covering the Valley of the Queens, which was the burial place for the kings' wives in 1500 B. C. We will be able to visit 3 tombs: Amonhrkhopshef, Queen Titi and Khaemwaset. We will also be visiting the Valley of the Workers (Deir el-Madina), where the workers and artisans who dug the royal tombs lived. It is considered to be one of the best archaeological sites in Egypt, where we'll be able to visit tombs, the ruins of their houses and a small temple as well. Madient Habu Temple; the mortuary temple of King Rameses III is only a short drive away, and it's one of the best preserved temples of Ancient Egypt, especially regarding its vivid colors and sheer size.
- Starting with a pick-up from your lodging within Luxor, we'll proceed to drive to the West Bank for a visit to the Valley of the Queens. - Once we got there, we'd begin by visiting the tombs of Amonhrkhopshef, son of King Ramesses III. - Next, we'd visit Queen Titi tomb. - Afterwards, we'll reach Prince Khaemwaset tomb. If you wished, we could also add Nefertari's tomb upon request, in a separate ticket. - We'd continue towards Madinet Habu Temple which is the hidden gem that Rameses III built and called 'The House of Millions of Years'. Its colours and art are extraordinary. - Besides the temple visit, we'll also get to see the remains of his royal palace, located next to the temple. - Our tour will end with me dropping you off at your chosen location. This itinerary could be customized upon request.
