Downtown Alexandria - Half Day Tour

In this tour you will visit the Modern library of Alexandria with its open court and reading area, plus galleries & museums. We'll also walk heading to downtown Alexandria, passing by famous squares, shops, streets & hotels. We'll even have the chance to stop and taste some delicious desserts and pastries at the most famous local pastry shop. We could enjoy a sip of Coffee in one of the oldest Greek coffee shops in Alexandria too. If you want to, there could even be some time of the tour dedicated to shopping like a true local. Along the way, we'll stop to visit the biggest cathedral of the city, and stroll by a very famous square in downtown; to enjoy its design & surrounding buildings. As we continue to walk, we'll indulge in living like a local, visiting the Souk (local market), famous for commercializing spices, silver, jewelry, fabrics, and accessories, as well as visiting the old fish market, where people here shop.
