Limassol walking tour- Kourion- Kolossi- Castle

We begin our tour from the old port, marina and the Medieval fortress related with Richard the Lionheart and Berengaria's wedding, which is now a museum on the Medieval history of Cyprus. From the quarter around the castle, you can imagine the way Limassol looked at the time it was small trading town. We continue through the surrounding area with stone-built warehouses and restaurants and we see the Great Mosque or Kepir Mosque and the Cathedral of Agia Napa as well as the Church of Pantanassa. A walk along the reclaimed land with its bridges and sculptures facing the bay of Limassol and its panoramic view. We continue our tour through the Fassouri Plantations to Kolosi Castle a military architecture of the 13th century and also visit the ancient city kingdom of Kourion 12th century BC with the house of Eustolios and floor mosaics and the Greek theater. We also see from outside the sanctuary of God Apollon Hylatis and the arena of Antonine. TIme permitted we can also have wine tasting at the Wine museum.
