I am in the tourist business since I got my bachelor's in international hospitality & Tourism Management (4 years plus an optional foundation year) in Italy first and Germany then to learn the language. Then I got my diploma as a tourist guide from the School of Guides of the Tourism Deputy Ministry of Cyprus. So since 1989 I have been working for the biggest tourist agencies in Cyprus as a freelance guide for English Italian and German speaking guide as well as corporation with the giants of the tourist industry of that time of course we used to do the job in the very popular way of the time with large tourist groups. I used to take travelers around the villages, museums, archeological sites, monasteries, and painted churches. That was a pretty hard, yet interesting job to do. Despite the hardship so to say, I gained greatly in both the job itself as well as getting to know people, leaving new cultures making new friendships and of course gaining more patience as I had to deal with many people's requests at a time.
