Would you like to see what makes Hong Kong the most interesting city in the world? You've travelled across the world, and now you're here - however long you have, you deserve to spend it exactly the way you want. No two tours with me are ever the same, because no two guests are ever the same. Some love history, some live behind a camera lens chasing the perfect shot. Some are travelling with kids, some with mobility challenges. Some want to shop till they drop, some would rather not walk another step. Some want to move fast and see everything, some just want to eat their way through the city and slow down. Whoever you are and whatever you love, this day is built around you. I've had the privilege of sharing Hong Kong with guests from all over the world, and I bring energy and positivity to every single tour. I'm a licensed guide with a real, ongoing curiosity about this city - I never get tired of finding something new in it, and I love passing that along. Since I first got to know Hong Kong back in 2016, this city has held a massive piece of my heart. What matters most to me is simple: I want you to fall in love with this wonderful and truly unique city, and to leave with one of the best memories of your life. I truly believe that life should be filled with great experiences, and my goal is to deliver exactly that. Hong Kong has an extraordinary amount to give, if you know where to look. I've been asked to help a honeymooning couple find the best strawberry cake in Hong Kong, then shared it with them on Victoria Peak, looking out over one of the world's most beautiful skylines. I've customised an itinerary for a family with kids and teenagers, making sure there was something to keep every age group interested. I've helped a group of friends with limited time in the city map out a route that captured all the must-see sights without missing a thing. Whatever the occasion - a celebration, a family trip, or simply your one chance to see Hong Kong - I love figuring out how to make it unforgettable. My Most Popular Tours Can Be Fully Customized For You: *First Date with Hong Kong (The perfect introduction to the city's highlights) *Lantau Island Exploration (Big Buddha, stunning views, and the historic Tai O fishing village) *Hong Kong in the Evening (City Lights , skyline & culture) *Flavors of Kowloon (Bites, Backstreets and Bargains) A few things about me: Fluent English speaker, Irish passport holder Licensed Tour Guide, educated to Master's level (MBM) Featured in the South China Morning Post for the first vegetarian tour in Hong Kong 100% five-star rated Get in touch and let's plan your day. To travel is to discover that everyone is wrong about other countries. (Mark Twain) Most people think Hong Kong is only skyscrapers and neon lights - until they step onto Lantau Island and discover mist-covered mountains, sea, a quiet monastery, and centuries-old stilt villages. Its just another world where time stops. And even the taxis are of different colour. We'll ride the cable car (which doubles as a time machine) above the airport and sea, which I never get tired of, mostly because I'm still not convinced glass floors are a good idea. We stand beneath one of the world's largest seated Buddhas (who, after several hundred years in the same position, still has better posture than most of us), and drift by boat through Tai O's stilt houses, hoping to see the rare pink dolphins - though fair warning, they never RSVP and have a habit of showing up when you've put your camera away. A private car, a warm welcome, and zero stress about getting back to your ship on time.
Crystal Cabin Cable Car - Ride above the airport, the HKZM Bridge, green mountains, and the South China Sea, with a glass floor for a bird's-eye view. Po Lin Monastery & Tian Tan Buddha - Stand beneath one of the world's largest seated Buddha statues. Tai O Fishing Village - Explore a village built on stilts over the water, where life has barely changed in generations. Traditional Fishing Boat Ride - Cruise through the village by water, hoping to see the rare Chinese pink dolphin (no guarantee) Local Food Tasting - Sample Tai O's specialties along the way. Return to Pier - Timed comfortably around your ship's departure schedule.
