Our family of 4 did the Hong Kong Lantau Island Full-Day Tour with Private Transportation. We were picked up at our hotel in a Toyota van by Frank, our guide and Sam, our driver. The van had water for us to drink and umbrellas to borrow which of course came in handy. Both gentlemen could not have been more kind and helpful during our tour. We stopped at a local restaurant and Frank picked out a lovely selection of dishes for our dietary restrictions and preferences. One family member had a shellfish allergy which was easily catered too. When it was time to visit the Big Buddha, Frank was able to quickly pivot when the weather did not cooperate and the cable cars we get stopped for a period of time. We ended up taking a taxi (van to comfortably seat our family and Frank) on Lantau Island to see the Big Buddha. Thankfully the weather cleared up and the cable cars were operational again so we were able to enjoy a return ride. We had a terrific tour with lots of information and history of the sights and locations we visited. Frank also offered to take photos of our family along the way which he sent to us at the end of the tour. We had a lovely tour and would highly recommend it!

Frank is an amazing guide!! He is so knowledgeable and transmits his love of Hong Kong. Also important to mention is the fact that he is so considerate and always thinks of what you need ahead of time. He picked us up and from the very beginning we could see he carefully planned everything to the last little detail. We went everywhere from a ferry, to a tram, to the local wet market, to a typical (not turist) restaurant and finally to see the Big Buddha. We had a fantastic time and we learned so much history from this beautiful city. Highly recommend Frank and this tour!!!
Frank is an amazing tour guide. We had a splendid time with him while visiting Lantau Islands and Victoria Peak. Frank helped us dodge the crowd on both Lantau Cable car and Victoria tram. Also since we finished the tour earlier he helped us go to our hotel via Star ferry. All in all we have had a wonderful full day tour.

Frank met us at the hotel for our car tour of Lantau Island. He explained what we would see. The Polin Monastery, the Big Buddha, his family relationship to the altar - he spoke at depth in good English about these. The tour included a Dim Sum lunch - so he ordered a sumptuous meal for us, explaining the foods. He was very aware of our disabilities and so everything was ok for us. We had already seen much of Hong Kong, so he added non-tourist spots like the Monkey Park and the University overlook.
