Hi my name is Norman, Let me show you my take on this vibrant city and it's surrounds. From harbour to bush Sydney has plenty to offer, There is no shortage of lookouts or walks to get those legs moving. Sydney is very culturally diverse, so you wont be hard pressed in finding tasty food and drink to wet the taste buds. Local Tours of the greater Sydney area OR interstate to locations throughout Australia. I have a passion for the great outdoors/ the natural world and it shows with my enthusiasm in sharing it with people. Its doesn't matter if I have ventured to the location many times. Sharing my love for nature and showing people a little pocket of paradise is priceless. Spending outdoors in a natural setting had profound mental health benefits, It gives you a chance to feel more grounded, remove that tech and just feel the sights and sounds of the natural world. I have been a leader of a local outdoors group in Sydney since mid 2015 and have not looked back. As I have led and participated in some amazing hikes/ treks locally, domestic and internationally. Such as The Overland track (Tasmania) , Jatbula Trail (Northern Territory), Haute Route (Switzerland), Dolomites - Alta Via 1 (Italy) , Multiple trails in New Zealand, Japan (Kumano Kodo) and Bhutan. I have led groups on many half day and full day hikes on trails around the greater Sydney area and even interstate. Numerous multiple day back packing trips Many car camping trips to various locations state wide and interstate. Yours in Adventure Norman "My other bag is a back pack" (paddy palin) and thesearch is endless (Rip curl) are my two favourite quotes. Two of my other greatest passions in life are travel and photography. My work is the Journey between looking and walking. The process of walking within the landscape gives me the energy to create the images. For me the journey is important, without the journey the images and the inspiration don't exists. First Aid Cert I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside certain historical buildings or places of worship. I have a European background / German. My German Language skills are very basic.

They don't call this the most beautiful Harbour in the world for nothing, with our world famous land marks such as the OLD COATHANGER , (Sydney Harbour bridge) and Sydney Opera House Visit the world famous Bondi Beach, the home of Bondi Rescue The beautiful Watsons Bay/ South Head , the Gap and its History Returning to the city via New South Head Road. You will experience a drive on the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Visit some beast kept secrets of the lower North Shore such as Waverton Kirribilli #Cremore Point Lighthouse or Bradley's Head / OR Manly if time allows

Norman’s tour was great. He drove us to many beautiful vantage points to take pictures and showed us several local spots we could have never found on our own. What truly set this tour apart was the personal touch. It felt tailored to our group rather than a scripted, one-size-fits-all experience. We left with a deeper appreciation for Sydney’s history, culture, and natural beauty. This was one of the best tours we’ve ever taken and a highlight of our trip. Norman was great in waiting to pick us up at the airport - the day we arrived was an exceptionally long line to clear customs. He then proceeded to provide us with great views of the coast and beaches, the Opera house and bridge, various neighborhoods, and more. Lots of good information about Sydney. Plus allowed us our first taste of an Australian pie. A nice relaxing introduction to Sydney that was much appreciated after 24+ hours of travel. And to top it off, the tour ran long so that when we were dropped off at hotel, it was checkin time.

We had a wonderful day with Norman. He is a wealth of knowledge and incorporated everything in Sydney. A four hour tour ended up being almost 6 hours as some changes needed to be made with Australian Day I would definately book with him again
Your Sydney tour itinerary
#8:00am Pickup Brief stop at Hickson road below the southern pylon of the Sydney Harbour bridge. we will visit either the Sydney Opera House briefly or drive to the Royal Botanic gardens / Mrs Macquarie's point for a harbour view of the city and the Opera House. #9:00 From here it's through the affluent Eastern suburbs to Bondi beach. Where a brief stop for photos at either the Bondi Icebergs or the North Bondi Lookout. #10:00 Watsons Bay / South Head, great view of the harbour and then a short walk to the Gap. #12:00 Experience the Sydney Harbour Bridge with a drive to the Lower North shore for exceptional views to the harbour/ city. Visit areas such as Waverton We end the tour at Kirribilli before being dropped back to your pickup location. If time allows we will visit Bradley's Head OR Take the drive to Manly. Please be aware and flexible and the itinerary maybe changeable for unforeseen things such as the weather, traffic, park/ road closures ect, things may have to be slightly adjusted.
