I am Wolfgang or Wolf as the Aussies call me. Many years ago as a child I watched "Skippy the Kangaroo" on TV - this is how it all started. After many travels and short and long stays in Australia I finally moved here in 1998. My passion became my profession and I have not looked back since then. Crossing this beautiful country taking tours numerous times in all directions and spending the rest of the time in this beautiful city of Sydney. A few years ago I decided to focus more on the Sydney area. My passion for Sydney is strong and I am still stunned at her beauty. Because I have discovered all her nooks and crannies I am able to show the visitor the secret Sydney spots where only the locals go. I have taken the best experiences from various Tour Companies and created bespoke tours. We had an amazing day with Wolf. We hiked through a portion of the mountains and saw a few beautiful waterfalls and bridges. Wolf was very knowledgeable about it all. Unfortunately, the weather was very foggy the day of our tour. Wolf tried and tried to find us a good spot to see the 3 Sisters, but the weather was not cooperating. He felt so bad, but we knew it wasn't his fault. We would certainly do another tour with Wolf as we know how dedicated and invested he was in doing his job!

Wolf met us at our hotel. He provided us with a lot of details as we drove to the Blue Mountains. We were very pleased when it started to rain and Wolf had umbrellas for us to use. Since Wolf knew we were going to be in Sydney for two more days he suggested things we could do on our own including recommendations for some restaurants. We enjoyed this day with him

A very informative trip. Learnt a lot about the uniqueness of Australia- its flora and fauna. Had a wonderful experience viewing everything through the eyes of a local. That's what doing the trip with 'Tours by Locals' is all about I guess!

Wolf is like an old friend, he shared lots about Sydney & about blue mountains and we shared our travel experiences. He is thoughtful, since we get up early, we had a mini picnic for breakfast which is wonderful. Will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone :-)
