Come on a journey with me to discover the famous harbour panoramas and iconic sites that Sydney has to offer and garner a deeper understanding of its unique and interesting history. Hear about our Aboriginal heritage, colonial past and multicultural society. I have over 50 years of local knowledge and will convey many stories and anecdotes outlining how our society and culture have evolved over that time. I am new to ToursByLocals but have been a Sydney ecotourism guide for over 4 years. I can cater for up 10 travellers and use a spacious 12-seat 2024 Toyota Hiace vehicle on all my tours. Ideally, your visit to Sydney would be a 4-7 day adventure but for those with limited time I would recommend: 1. either a Half Day Sydney City Highlights tour or the Best of Sydney in a Day and a 2. Blue Mountains & Kangaroo/Koala Experience These tours will cover the essentials and offer great memories from your time in Sydney. Of course, each group is unique, having different interests and tour expectations. All my tours are customisable, so please feel free to ask questions about locations or activities that may interest you. For CRUISE VISITORS, I can offer you shore excursions with time flexible schedules. Pick up and drop off at your ship's port terminal or agreed location. Overview of your Sydney tour
Enjoy a full day in Sydney discovering the city's iconic landmarks and scenic locations as well as a visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park. Australia is famous for its unique animals, marsupials and reptiles. Award winning Featherdale Wildlife Park shelters a wide variety of indigenous fauna. On this guided tour through the park you will have up-close interactions with a range of wallabies and kangaroos and the ultra-relaxed koala. There are wombats, echidnas, penguins, dingos, cassowarys, emus, crocodiles, Tassie Devils, a huge kaleidescope of bird species and the world's most poisonous snake. From the wildlife park we head either back to the eastern or north sides of the city. The eastern area includes Bondi, Tamarama & Bronte beaches as well as Watson's Bay, South Head and travelling through Vaucluse, Paddington and Hyde Park. For those who have visited the east, will have an opportunity to discover the northern region of Sydney which includes Manly, North Head, Mosman and Balmoral Beach.

It was just my wife and I on the tour with Simon. He picked us up at our hotel in the morning. Simon was very professional and fun to be with. He took us to many out-of-the-way places that were beautiful and interesting. He provided snacks and drinks along the way. We really had fun at Featherdale Wildlife Park, Simon, new many of the animals by name, and they truly seemed happy to see him. He took us to a really good place for lunch at Bondi Beach. At the end of our tour, he dropped us off at our ship!

Simon, provided a great City Tour which included the Sydney Wildlife Park. One of the best hands on park we have visited. Simon provided so much knowledge about the city of Sydney and the country of Australia. Took us to many locations for great photos. He took us to the Bondi Ice Club for lunch overlooking Bondi Beach. A scenic location. We would highly recommend this tour guide and this tour.

Simon did a great job showing us the highlights of Sydney even though the weather wasn't cooperating. We really enjoyed the trip to Featherdale Wildlife Park, and the lunch at Bondi's Iceberg Club was excellent with a great view!

Awesome personalised tour around Sydney. It included top scenic locations, like the opera house and harbour bridge. We had an amazing lunch overlooking Bondi Beach at the Bondi Iceberg Club. The food was absolutely wonderful. We also visited the Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park. It's a great place that provides up close and personal interactions with much of the wildlife: kangaroos, wallabies, birds of all kinds, wombats, lizards, snakes, penguins, and of course Koalas! Our guide, Simon was the best!!!
