Hi, I'm Caroline, founder of a tour operator and a Sydney local with a lifelong passion for travel, nature and creating memorable experiences for visitors. I've worked in tourism for many years, including with Tourism Australia, where I helped educate travel professionals from around the world about Australia and what makes our country so special. Today, I love being on the other side of that experience, personally introducing visitors to Sydney and the incredible natural areas that surround it. My tours are private, relaxed and tailored to you. I'm not interested in rushing you from one photo stop to the next or delivering a rehearsed script. I want you to experience the places we visit, understand their stories and have plenty of time to ask questions, explore and enjoy the day. Nature and wildlife are a huge part of my life. I'm a qualified sustainable tourism professional, an accredited NSW National Parks EcoPass guide and an active conservation volunteer. I'm particularly passionate about our oceans, native wildlife and helping visitors understand how special Australia's natural environment really is. I'm based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, so I especially enjoy showing guests the beautiful coastal and national park areas that many visitors never discover. I also regularly guide in the Blue Mountains, Sydney and other beautiful regions surrounding the city. Food is part of the experience too. I love introducing guests to great Australian produce, local cafés and restaurants, native ingredients and boutique wines. Depending on your tour, we might enjoy a relaxed picnic surrounded by nature, a wonderful local restaurant or an Aboriginal led experience learning about native foods and culture. Most importantly, I want the day to feel like your day. If you want to walk further, we'll walk further. If you'd rather slow down, enjoy the scenery and have a long lunch, that's absolutely fine too. I'm happy to adapt the itinerary around your interests, mobility and energy on the day. My aim is simple. By the time I drop you back at your hotel, I want you to feel that you've experienced much more than the usual tourist version of Sydney and that you've spent the day exploring with a knowledgeable local who genuinely loves sharing this part of Australia. I look forward to welcoming you to Sydney!

A day exploring beautiful Sydney. Beginning with a stroll from the Cruise Terminal around Circular Quay to view the Opera House up close. Enjoy the stunning Botanical Gardens before joining the minibus for a short drive over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and through Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We will stop in Curl Curl for a lovely short stroll to a stunning lookout over the Pacific Ocean, look out for dolphins and Humpback whales and see one of the special lookouts that the only the locals know. Next enjoy lunch from a variety of dishes at the historic club the Harbord Diggers (lunch paid locally) Learn about the history of the Northern Beaches as we discover some of the gems. After lunch enjoy a short drive to Manly and enjoy the views along the Parade, before heading up to historic North Head. Capture some of the best photos of Sydney and learn about the culture and history of both the Quarantine Station and North Head.

It was absolutely delightful having Caroline as our guide in Sydney. She was warm, informative and resourceful. We appreciated punctual hotel pickups and the insider details shared regarding restaurant options and things to try outside of the tours with her. After Sydney we headed to Queenstown, New Zealand and Caroline extended herself to share several restaurants and activities that would enhance our trip. We took her advice and was very impressed with the results.
We had a great time with Caroline and her local knowledge was very good. She was very personable and accommodating throughout the tour. We would highly recommend Caroline for any future tour opportunities.
Caroline was such a great guide and we had such Wonderful conversations! she’s very knowledgeable and I truly enjoyed the places she showed me! The scenery was breathtaking! The walkabout sanctuary is very low-key which is just what I like and it looks like the animals are well taken care of! She was nice enough to take some pictures for me while I had a koala speed date so that will definitely stay in my memory book! Thanks for a wonderful day!
