This was the best food based tour that my wife and I have experienced, by far! Robyn picked us up at our hotel and we headed off to Newtown, a delightful and very trendy neighborhood in Sydney. As we walked from restaurant to restaurant Robyn recounted the history of this area beginning with the indigenous people through the development of what has become a center for young, hip, and accepting community. We sampled several unique dishes from equally unique restaurants including: Tokyo Taco (my favorite), Lamingtons, and Cafe Newtonian among others. Incredible craftsmanship in food preparation in every place. Then off to the new Sydney Fish Market for the freshest seafood in the city. We shared a meal of prawns, Pacific Oysters, and Sashimi Tacos outside on the sun drenched deck. Fantastic. Highly recommend Robyn and this tour!
