The guide with whom we had contracted had to cancel. We had no flexibility. Tours by Locals persuaded Fabrizio to come in on his day off so that we could get to see the Blue Mountains. He gave us a great tour, adapted to our age and interests. It was amusing to have a born and bred Italian take us to an Australian pie shop for lunch. Excellent pies!

We very much enjoyed our tour to the Blue Mountains. After a quick stop at the fish market in Sydney we went to numerous lookouts to view the mountains. We decided to have a sit down lunch and the recommended Echo Restaurant was excellent with a great view of the mountains. If you go to the Echo Restaurant make a reservation for noon for the best chance of a table by the window. With only 2 days in Sydney I hope to return for a longer visit and would definitely book another tour with Fabrizio.

Stop 2 – Echo Point & Three Sisters Enjoy panoramic views of the famous Three Sisters. Stop 3 – Scenic World Experience Discover one of the region’s highlights on the Scenic Railway (steepest passenger railway in the world), Skyway, and Cableway, offering breathtaking views over the rainforest and valley.
