Hi my name is Norman, Let me show you my take on this vibrant city and it's surrounds. From harbour to bush Sydney has plenty to offer, There is no shortage of lookouts or walks to get those legs moving. Sydney is very culturally diverse, so you wont be hard pressed in finding tasty food and drink to wet the taste buds. Local Tours of the greater Sydney area OR interstate to locations throughout Australia. I have a passion for the great outdoors/ the natural world and it shows with my enthusiasm in sharing it with people. Its doesn't matter if I have ventured to the location many times. Sharing my love for nature and showing people a little pocket of paradise is priceless. Spending outdoors in a natural setting had profound mental health benefits, It gives you a chance to feel more grounded, remove that tech and just feel the sights and sounds of the natural world. I have been a leader of a local outdoors group in Sydney since mid 2015 and have not looked back. As I have led and participated in some amazing hikes/ treks locally, domestic and internationally. Such as The Overland track (Tasmania) , Jatbula Trail (Northern Territory), Haute Route (Switzerland), Dolomites - Alta Via 1 (Italy) , Multiple trails in New Zealand, Japan (Kumano Kodo) and Bhutan. I have led groups on many half day and full day hikes on trails around the greater Sydney area and even interstate. Numerous multiple day back packing trips Many car camping trips to various locations state wide and interstate. Two of my other greatest passions in life are travel and photography. My work is the Journey between looking and walking. The process of walking within the landscape gives me the energy to create the images. For me the journey is important, without the journey the images and the inspiration don't exists. First Aid Cert I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside certain historical buildings or places of worship. I have a European background / German. My German Language skills are very basic.

Overview of your Sydney tour
Experience camping the Australia way... Explore some of the Australian bush likely to be in the Blue Mountains. Try sleeping in a tent (Ok with sleeping in a tent , sleeping bag and mattress on the ground or a stretcher bed. Camp fire Cooking on the fire (potatoes , corn) Lets cook a Australian Damper (bush bread) Fried Eggs / maybe a option for breakfast Food at camp will be , 1 dinner and 1 Breakfast All other food / Lunches either day or snacks are not provided. Maybe enjoy a Bevy or 2 around the camp fire while telling stories Either before arrival to camp we could do a short walk exploring the area. And that goes for once we break camp if we have time we may also do a short walk. ## Have to be ok in camping in the bush and sleeping in a tent (mostly likely a 3 to 4 person tent) One that you can more or less walk into (not a back packing tent) Food will be either cooked on the fire or gas camp pot. We can discuss over message once booked any requests (eg) food
Your Sydney tour itinerary
Day1 09:00 City pick up/ Hotel 10:30 Arrive at location or near by for a short walk 12:00 Arrive at camp , set up and settle in , enjoy your surrounds , listen to the birds and the simplicity of nature. Evening : If we have time before we settle around th camp fire , we could go for a walk around camp to stretch those legs. Settle in around the camp fire Day 2 Wake for a bush breakfast Break camp Explore some sites of the area Head back to accomodation early to mid afternoon , again this can be adjusted. But please allow time to break camp and to arrive back at your pickup point. Times can be adjusted to fit your schedule , how ever we don't want to be leaving your pickup point too late in the day. Please be flexible for our location cannot always be guaranteed as with changeable weather potentially forcing closures of some park and reserves.
