G'day ! My name is Kunal (aka koala !) and I'm a 'tourist at heart, on the journey of life'. I have been living in Sydney for over 20 years and have also lived in a few other countries in Asia before I moved here. In all the places I have lived, I lived like a 'tourist', with a passionate curiosity to explore and learn more about the local culture, history, food, architecture and all the other 'inside' knowledge about the city. Since two decades, I have been discovering this amazing and beautiful city of Sydney just like a tourist, so much so that I now know more than many a local and would love to share it with you. I create fun, personalised and memorable tours that go beyond the 'guidebook'. Before I turned to professional tour guiding, I have had an extensive career in the world of advertising, as a creative strategist. Whilst developing stories and campaign ideas for global and local brands, I have cultivated a deep understanding of people and interacted with a diverse multi-cultural profile. I have received over 500 hundred 5 Star reviews during my career as a guide and even made some friends for life. I'd love to take you in and around Sydney, whether it's half a day you have or a full one. Whether you wish to walk, drive or go by boat ! Something else I am hugely passionate about is capturing anything that looks photogenic. I believe beauty is all around us, as long as we are mindful enough to notice it. It's not what you look at, but what you see ! Although I was an addict of my Nikon D90, these days I manage to get some great pictures from my iPhone and it's so easy to carry everywhere you go. I know how to get the best out of your iPhone camera and would be more than happy to share some cool ways of getting some fab photos. I am also very open to developing a bespoke tour for you if you have any particular preferences in mind. I love the outdoors and nature, love all things food and drink, fluent with the history and culture of Australia and have a strong affinity for 'everyday beauty'. I am a fun loving, highly personable guy with a good sense of humour and there will not be a boring moment with me. A full-day tour to the Blue Mountain region often referred to as the 'Grand Canyon with a rainforest in it'! Enjoy the dramatic scenery of vast Eucalyptus forests, sandstone escarpments, and beautiful waterfalls in this World Heritage-listed national park. Also travel by a sky car, a cable car, & the world's steepest train at Scenic World, located at the edge of the Jamison Valley. We also visit several 'look out's" from where you can get some amazing views. After a leisurely lunch and wander around in Leura (a quaint little village), you will drive down to Featherdale Wildlife Park where you can feed the Kangaroos, pat a Koala, and see over 300 species of native wildlife in this intimate wildlife park. From there, it's a half an hour's drive to Sydney Olympic Park from where you will catch a ferry back to the city. A wonderful way to experience our beautiful 'water' city and the Sydney Harbour. Plus, get some cool photo tips during the day, on how to get the best out of your iPhone camera

Fantastic Day!
We were so excited to be visiting Australia. Kunal, our tour guide, was outstanding in every way. We was so knowledgeable about Sydney past and present. He spoke so well and had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed two days of touring with him. All 4 of us in our party have been on many tours and we all agreed that Kunal was the best!

We had a great day! He was full of interesting information and answered our numerous questions about Australian culture, politics, etc. The tour ended with a ferry ride back into town, which we really enjoyed. I recommend Kunal!
Kunal was a terrific guide and extremely knowledgeable about history and Australia in general. We had a wonderful morning in the Blue Mountains. The only reason I didn't give this tour 5 stars is our afternoon stop was a small and somewhat disappointing wildlife sanctuary where there were limited visible animals. Great origin story for the place, but we saw much more in other locations. Still, and wonderful day and guide.
