Hello and welcome! I’m Bogdan, your local guide and personal assistant in beautiful San Diego. I love helping guests feel at home while discovering the hidden gems and iconic sights of America’s Finest City. My background includes studies in International Relations and European Studies, a degree in Hospitality Management, and a Bachelor of Science. I also hold a WSET Level 3 certification and am a certified California Wine Appellation Specialist and Northwest Wine Appellation Specialist. Hospitality has been part of my life since I was 18. After living in Italy and Greece, I’ve spent over 15 years enjoying the diverse culture of the USA. In the mornings, I also work as a special education high school teacher—a role I approach with the same patience and care I bring to my guests. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife, our daughter, and our two dogs. Whether you’re drawn to local flavors, famous landmarks, or places off the beaten path, we’ll shape your tour around what you enjoy most.
